Tell us a little about your business/organization: how did it begin; what are your services/products, etc.

We were part of the ERA Real Estate franchise for 30 years and now are a CENTURY 21 (C21) franchise. We are a full Real Estate company, and have done it all from mortgages, and property management, to sales of residential and commercial properties. We presently own more than 200 rental units and manage more than 100 units for other people. 

Tell us about your role in the business/organization.

With my father, Michael Harrington Sr., I manage all the Real Estate sales, while my father looks after all of our properties. We share property management.

Tell us something that makes your business/organization unique. 

C21 Harrington Realty, Inc. is a family-owned Real Estate office and has been open since 1979. We have been a full-service Real Estate company since our inception. We offer property management services, and residential and commercial Real Estate sales.

What do you see for the future of your business/organization?

We are always looking for new growth opportunities and to merge with other companies to grow our market share.

How has the Chamber helped your business/organization grow?

Over the span of 50 years, we have supported the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce and watched their growth. We have always enjoyed working with the Chamber.

What is your best advice to other businesses/organizations?

Get involved with the Chamber. Go to their functions and events, serve on their Board of Directors, and network with follow businesses.
