Royal Prime Steakhouse is a premiere fine dining restaurant located inside of Bally’s hotel. Not only do we offer prime cuts and an extensive wine selection, but we offer space to host all kinds of occasions. From our private rooms to our lounge that offers live music weekly and premium burgers (made from our steak trimmings) we’ve got just the thing for any occasion. 

My role as the AGM is maintaining the success of the restaurant with day-to-day operations as well as marketing. I help train and bring out the best in my employees so we can give our guests an experience of a lifetime. I am constantly on the lookout for any marketing angle to help the business flourish.

At Royal Prime, we pride ourselves on giving our guests impeccable service and being able to host inside a beautiful, formal setting is what sets us apart. Our staff are thoroughly trained at their positions, which helps running a successful and cohesive atmosphere. Besides that, what sets us apart from other local spots is our selection of prime cut meats.

Looking at the steakhouse’s past, I believe that Royal Prime will be ready for whatever the future has instore for us. We have transformed from a buffet style restaurant into a successful fine-dining local restaurant in the matter of a couple years. Our seasonal menu changes help to ensure that our returning guests as well as new guests always have options to explore. Between our products and services that we offer, as well as the help of the CDCC, I can see that the future is bright for Royal Prime.

I’m thankful for all the help the CDCC has offered me and Royal Prime Steakhouse. I was hired in late January with big shoes to fill. Luckily, Royal Prime guided me into the CDCC’s direction, and I was able to sign up as a new member. I went through new member orientation which helped guide me through the CDCC website. Along with that, they guided me along the whole process as well as all events that would be beneficial to growing the business.

The best advice I can give to anyone that’s trying to grow their business, go straight to the CDCC. They have made my transition into management seamlessly by providing me with the necessary tools to help grow the business. I recommend becoming an active member, it truly helps to network and reach out to other local businesses.
